Why is prep the most important part of the job?

Paint only holds as well as what's under it. Cracks, chalky stucco, failed caulk, soft wood. Paint over those and it peels, bubbles and fades early. So I walk the house, find every one and price the fix on the page before we start. Nothing gets added halfway through.

What if you don't finish the job?

Paradise is on The Good Contractors List. They background checked me and the company. If we don't finish a qualifying project, they pay up to $25,000 to get it finished. You register once, free, and I'll send you the link.

Do I need to be home?

For the estimate walk, it helps. For the job itself, no. Plenty of our customers are up north. We keep you posted with photos as the work gets done.

How soon can you start?

It depends on the season and the size of the job. Book the estimate and I'll give you a real start date on the same page as the price.
